Name said to be Kamen Rider Vlad or Kiba, most sources leaning towards Kiba it seems. He has at least four forms based off of a vampire, gillman (creature from the black lagoon), werewolf, and Frankenstein's monster.

Hmm...

This is just a gut feeling, but it seems as though they are tailoring this new series to appeal to Americans, based on the assumption that KAMEN RIDER DRAGON KNIGHT to be a success (remember that Kamen Rider Knight's motif is a bat), and this could be the next series they try to adapt for the U.S. market. Again, this is just initial speculation on my part.

One of the blurbs on the ad says, "This time, [the] Rider [missing text] legendary vampire." This implies Dracula, himself.

Seems Coumorin's also the comedic relief, like Bae from GekiRanger.

It'd be really interesting to see how they'll animate him - CG or traditional puppetry.

I base that on the idea that Kamen Rider has always tried to be different from Super Sentai.

It's also been confirmed that the second Rider is Kamen Rider Hunter. He has a Gundam-ish White Knight motif and will likely duel with Kiba throughout the beginning of the series. He has his own "Fessel" - a flute that the Riders use to control monsters/ their auxilary weapons.

It would seem that Kiba is a vampire... 0_o
