I'm still very cautious about this. If this is true, unless Tsuburaya has any involvement in this deal (and they said they have not marketed any of the shows), I smell a lawsuit on the way.

If it was Chaiyo who made the deal to BCI, then Chaiyo has done TWO stupid things so far to get itself back to court (the other being that new Millennium Ultraman movie)!

Very dubious.

Guys, this has been said again and again.... Tsuburaya has not (and will not) license the original shows for US DVD until Chaiyo is out of the picture. That's not going to change.

So until you hear that Chaiyo is gone, you should automatically take any report like this as 1) a completely false rumor, or 2) Chaiyo trying to make money off stolen materials.
