Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

Came across whilst browsing through CD Japan, and I'm wondering what's the story on this flick - is it a full length feature, or a clip show-style special? It says below that Kaneko directed it too.
I'm thinking of picking up a few Ultra dvds, so I'd like to know if it's worth picking up. don't want to end up getting something along the lines of that 28 Ultra special or 'The King's Jubilee'.

The title of the DVD is ULTRA Q MONSTER LEGEND: THE CONFESSIONS OF JUN MANJOME (Urutora Kyu Kaiju Densetsu Manjome Jun-no Kokuhaku). Jun Manjome is the character played by Kenji Sahara. This DVD features the original cast of the series (Sahara, Yasuhiko Saijo and Hiroko Sakurai -- as well as the original series narrator, Koji Ishizaka), in an original story that looks back ULTRA Q. There is also one of these for ULTRAMAN as well. While I haven't gotten these yet, a friend of mine in Japan recommended them.
