Kamen Rider Dragon Knight - New NA adaptation???

No, as Comcast did nto even have it listed to record the other night, and then when I turned on WB, all that was on was Spider-Man, TMNT, Dinosaur King, Chaotix, and 5Ds.

Apparently, when Spiderman was listed at 9:30, Dragon Knight ran instead, and vice versa.
It sucks, and I really feel for you guys...though I'm sure they'll re-air this episode on Jan. 3rd. Hopefully, they'll make some minor changes in the effects department and actually show it in widescreen(like I've read it's actually been filmed in)
The Wang bros. are really trying to make this work, especially with Ishinomori Pro. breathing down their necks. Production-wise, it was a job well-done, and the Adness crew deserves major praise. The SFX are better than they should be, and they've really made DK their own, since the majority of it is a major improvement over the source material.
Story-wise, it's getting there. Based on the final Adness preview, they've got potential, and they're really going to great lengths to make it known.
At another board I frequent, Rangerboard, they've got the behind-the-scenes story and man.....I'm crossing my fingers they pull it off..... If the CW would only give it a chance.
The show's meant for the older crowd, and it shows. Hopefully that's not a bad thing.....and hopefully it doesn't lead to 4Kids trimming it down...

There's actually speculation(fueled by some comments one of the stars expressed), that not only will they adapt another japanese franchise if Dragon Knight succeeds, but that the adaptation will be totally american and quite possibly, be based on an anime.
As far as I know, though, they want to remake "The First", and a while ago, it was reported that they were big fans of Kikaider....
