The monthly fee is pretty reasonable, too. I hope, however, this doesn't in any way eat into the continued relationship between Tsuburaya and Crunchyroll.

^I may wait until Cosmos and The Ultraman are available, because right now their only 'exclusives' would be Neos and Utraseven X, which I could probably buzz through in two weeks or so.

The Amazons channels I've heard of all have seven day free trials, a good length for both of those series :p

Started the trial. Still can't find any Ultras on the listing! Getting pretty frustrated with TOKU.

Man, I hope we get Tiga and Dyna soon - Crunchyroll or Toku, I don't care!

Tiga was released on DVD in North America, and despite being OOP is still obtainable for those who wish to invest the time and money to do so. Dyna has never been released, so I'd love to see it on Toku. It still boggles my mind that to this day nobody seems to know anything about the English subbed broadcasts of Dyna, that aired in the Los Angeles area in the late 90's.

They finally put some Ultra up on Amazon Prime.

Kind of thinking I might wait for the free trial... Not too hot on Neos but I'm curious if they changed the subs on 80 at all. (Although that one was pretty good to begin with)

80 is using the same sub script as in Crunchyroll. The only difference is the text's placement, and that it doesn't use italics. Overall Crunchy is a better presentation.

I've started watching Neos now. I've watched it before, raw, so I'm looking forward to having a better understanding of the storylines. But at first glance it's obvious that this was a lower budget effort.

After finishing the first episode of Neos, I'll clarify my comment about a lower budget. It's obvious that they spent what they had in the right places. The fight scene was well done with great practical fx. Only real complaint is there was a lot of white on white with the subtitles, making them hard to read sometimes.

^Are the subtitles burned in or are they normal Amazon Prime subs that can be turned on and off? If they're the latter, you can fiddle with the size and color.

They are hard subbed, skinny white font with no outline, very difficult to read in spots. Translation is faily stiff, you can follow what's going on but obviously not written by a native English speaker.

80 is hard subbed also, but much easier to read.

Wow only three episodes in and Neos might be my least favorite ultra series. There's some good ideas, the effects are decent but it just doesn't come together for me. I was under the impression this was a reboot but I can't figure out what is going on with Neos and Ultraseven21. Sometimes the science team is called HRT, sometimes it's H.E.A.R.T. And the uniform might be the worst in all of ultraman, and yes, I've seen what was going in Taro.

Will probably finish, though :/ at least it's short.

Neo Ultra Q, Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster, and Ultraman Zero: The Chronicle are next for Toku.

I haven't seen Neo Ultra Q yet, so that's the one I'm most interested in. I think Ultraman Zero: The Chronicle is a compilation of previous movies and shows. And Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster is a great story with excellent action.
