So far, we've got two confirmed Maquette Monsters - Mikuras and Windam. Mikuras got its upgrade already, the addition of electric powers, and is otherwise similar in appearance. Windam is supposed to get an elemental upgrade of some kind, and will become Fire Windam (a toy's slated for release in the future).
There's also Rim-Eleking, a cute miniaturized Eleking. It has the same one-minute limitation, but its size and lack of power clearly make it useless for battle. Its appearance was so its DNA could be incorporated into Mikuras (the electric powers, of course). No idea if it'll be a fully-grown Maquette Monster later in the series or not.
Something should happen with Zetton in the future. A Bandai promotion, the upcoming release of an electronic Zetton figure, and a clear green Maquette capsule (Maquette Monster sets include many characters, but only the clear green ones represent monsters that can be used by GUYS - and Zetton was the fourth) all hint at something to do with him.
Baltan? Nah. His toy capsule was a solid painted figure, just used to interact with the toy version of that handheld comm device like other non-Maquette characters. Other figures like that include Red King, Birdon, Gudon, Twintail, Gomora, and others. None will be Maquettes.
Dada is an interesting case. There's a promotional giveaway for the Ultraman Festival 2006 - a clear green Dada capsule. The choice of character is an odd one, but why release what might be a show character's toy in that form only, and as a promotional figure to boot? Jury's definitely out on that one.
