Rank the Ultra Series

Postby MekaGojira3k » Sat Feb 09, 2013 3:18 am

I couldn't find this. So I thought I'd make a new thread wherein everybody ranks the Ultra shows they've watched.

SO here I go. I'm only ranking the shows I've seen in their entirety
1. Ultraman Nexus
2. Ultraman
3. Ultraseven-X
4. Ultra Galaxy: Never Ending Odyssey
5. Ultra Galaxy: Mega Monster Battle
6. Ultraman Neos
7. Ultraman: Towards the Future
8. Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero

Not a bad list. I've never been able to find non-HK subs of Ultra Galaxy and NEOS but they've seemed pretty cool from what I've seen of them.

I'll only rank the shows that I've seen in their entirety as well.

1. Ultraman Nexus
2. Ultraman Max
3. Ultraman
4. Ultraseven X
5. Ultraman Tiga
6. Ultraseven
7. Ultraman Powered (The Ultimate Hero)
8. Ultraman Towards the Future

Return of Ultraman would be number 2 or 3 based on the first 10 episodes or so...but apparently it all goes down hill soon after the early 'teens' episodes.

Ultra Q will probably be high up on this list.

Ultra Galaxy and NEOS will probably be high up on this list as well.

I feel like my first four series on this list are pretty solid. I really want to watch Nexus, Max and Ultraseven X again soon but that'll have to wait until I finish Ultraseven, Johnny Sokko and presumably Ultra Q.

Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.

1. Ultraman
2. Return of Ultraman
3. Ultraman Mebius
4. Ultraman Tiga
5. Ultraman Max
6. Ultraman Ace
7. Ultraseven
8. Ultraseven X
9. Ultraman The Ultimate Hero
10. Ultraman Towards the Future

I have all of Gaia (raw), Neos, Nexus & Ultra Galaxy (subbed) , I just haven't watched them in their entirety yet. So much stuff, so little time.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.
