I'm not a huge fan of 01. In fact, the first time I saw it I was borderline offended at the changes done to Hakaider. Eventually, I came to appreciate the series for what it is but it's not one I ever feel like watching. Honestly, check out the recent anime...kind of sums up the highlights of 01.

I'd save your money and purchase Johnny Sokko and Ultra Q for the price of 01.

Also, I kind of agree about Kamen Rider V3 and to a lesser extent Black...they kind of sputter out eventually. I like Kamen Rider, but I don't love it. If I had to pick a favorite of Kamen Rider it'd easily be V3 or Black.

I'd also say skip Inazuman. It's just not anything special.

Kikaider, for me, IS a special series and I can see why Hawaii kind of adopted him as their state hero. Kikaider, and Ultraman Jack, are my two favorite toku heroes by a landslide.

Did you ever decided on buying 01 Mac? I do think you need to power through on V3...once Riderman comes in, the show cranks back up.

I wish more people got into Kikaider or V3 around these parts
