:drool: Sorry boys, but I'm goin' against the grain.
Just got done with Eps. 1-4, and just as I suspected:


IT KILLS!!!

Was really looking forward to this series, as I COMPLETELY skipped over KR Blade, as I was unimpressed to say the least with that shows premise and Blade's design. Perhaps I'll give some of it a chance one day, but after getting my ass kicked by KR 555, I just couldn't pay attention to the Blade thing. Back to Hibiki:

Love the whole look and feel of this show so far. All Forest, waterfalls, mountains, and traditional Japanese symbolism. Very serene.
The opening music is good to hear, and a break from the same old modern age, poppy/kinda metal/idol chick singing/ from the other new century Ride shows (Not that that stuff was bad, but enough...)
Hibiki's design is fantastic, to say the least, and he's just a real cool and eccentric dude. More like a Kamen Rider character from the past than one of the pretty boys of late. The Kaijin/ scary-people are a little weak at this point, but the giant monster stuff was fun, and most of the light hearted comedy stuff that I saw worked. I believe great things are gonna happen in this series, and can't wait to see Hibik's motorcycle!!

i like the way Hibiki looks, and am glad he's not the girly men of past recent Rider shows. i've only watched 3 episodes, but i can see why some wouldn't like it. it's very different.

at least it's not completely predictable like Ryuki was 5 episodes in!

I read stuff about Kamen Rider Hibiki. I don't know if I'll like it or not. Will it come to America? If it does, what form will the American version will take? I have the questions but not the answers. :oops:
