Ok, my brain hurts and it's been a long day. So I'm gonna throw this out there in the hopes that someone else might know what this is.
I know this was produced in 1992 by Bandai Visual with character designs by Keita Amemiya. Is this a part of Shin Kamen Rider or something completely different? The CD Japan description is a bit hard to follow.
