who is this kaiju?

While doing various Ultraman searches on the web, I came across this picture of a kaiju that I didn't quite recognize:



Who is it?

Which show is he from?

In the pic it seems to be shooting fire from it's claws, or maybe fire is being shot at it. What powers does it have?

It's a cool looking monster. Anyone know? :wink:
