Posted: Thu Sep 12, 2019 1:22 pmIf it means we finally get a good Tank Girl movie, I can live with Robbie type-casting herself. I'll be surprised if this works though. Part of Tank Girl's appeal is its disjointed, chaotic feel, and that will be difficult to turn into a marketable two-hour feature. The 1995 movie captured some of its punk sensibility, but tethering everything to a pedestrian Hollywood-by-numbers plot made for a disappointing end result. Tank Girl would work better as an episodic Netflix series.
