I love the game series and I enjoy the Resident Evil movies. I know that this version of Monster Hunter will not be what a lot of people want it to be and honestly it's not what I'd want it to be but I think I'll still be entertained by it.

I grew to love the Resident Evil movie series, so I'm going to the theater expecting a similar cinematic experience.

I hope there's more than just the desert level the post seems to show off and that they don't fiddle with the monster designs too much but with the armor and weapons looking accurate enough, I'm sure the monster designs will be close enough to the video game counter parts. I just wonder what other elements they'll encorperate into the movie. Will Mila have a glowing aura as she charges her sword slash? Will they strike a pose after taking a healing item? Is some one going to do the prance dance?

But with this in September and SHMA showing off MH figures in March, I wonder if that line will consist of figures from the movie? The timing seems right. Although I doubt SHMA will do the humans, but I wouldn't mind a 6" scale Mila figure with a bone sword.
