rather dull at times but Dick Durock puts on a great performance as dose Louis Jourdan his transformation part was good and the monster he turns into is so delightfully goofy.

I enjoyed the movie tremendously. Only regret is that the Swampy suit from ST2 wasn't in this one. Would've elevated it so much more. Honestly though, Adrienne's Barbeau's big natural hooters by themselves are enough to sell me on this film.

Didn't care for Craven's Swamp Thing movie. I mean, I knew it wouldn't capture the more heady nature of Alan Moore's version of the character, but I don't think it really captured the old-school horror tone of the original comics either.

Ray Wise would be great as the villainous Arcane if they were to make a Swamp Thing movie today.

I liked it went out and did it's own thing, and I give them kudos for going out and filming in the swamp that was probably some interesting behind the sean stories on how dick handle in the swamp.

^ Oh, snap! And it's getting such great reviews, too! Well, that's what happens when your streaming platform is shuttered by the corporate overlords. Wht not just port them over to WB's eventually streaming service, though?

No point in even starting the show now. I'm not even going to bother giving their streaming service a chance anymore. It's funny that DC is on this grim dark kick to make every one of their properties grim dark, but the moment they actually adapt a grim dark series, they cancel it. Yet, they'll have no problem doing more grim dark Teen Titans.

I wanted to watch it, but I wasn't about to sign up for a monthly subscription for an incomplete series. If they had released it all at once like Netflix, i would have probably paid for and binged it already
