Whoa, this is a thing??
I've only seen the first film, but I enjoyed it plenty for what it was. I'd definitely get a kick out of seeing the actors reprise the roles as adults.

I feel like the only way this could possibly be good is if they judiciously enlist the help of Tenacious D.
Jack and Kyle could be the new Rufus(es).

I like these guys and the plot sounds fun so count me in as cautiously optimistic.
