Joe Johnston, the director behind the original Jumanji, has been tapped to helm the next Narnia film, The Silver Chair.

Joe Johnston in the director's chair sounds great to me; his other director credits inlcude Honey I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer, October Sky, and Captain America: The First Avenger.

This movie series had such potential after the first movie, but when the rights left Disney, it went downhill from there
