The only 2 times I ever cried (or got misty eyed) in film:

1. Transformers:The Movie -Death of Optimus Prime (I was 10 and watching this in the theater)
2. Dragonheart- at the end when Draco Dies, of course this was compounded by the fact that the family cat I had for 15 years died like the week before this movie came out, and the dragon was modeled after a cat and reminded me of her.

Schindler's List. The whole film is powerful, but the moment that really made me start to blubber was the end, when he's all but bankrupted himself to save people from the death camps, he says he could have saved one more life if only he'd sold his gold pin.

The Last Samurai. "Tell me how he died." "I'll tell you how he lived." This movie seems to have been forgotten, which is a shame, as it exceeded my expectations on every level, and is a long-standing favourite of mine.

Grave of the Fireflies. The final scene, when you find out what the boy had been carrying in the sweets tin at the beginning. This film is emotionally devastating. It's a masterpiece, but I don't know if I could bring myself to watch it again.
