Charllie is agent C and he's running a test program where the Angels are actually hunting down alien threats but don't know it and believe they work for a normal detective agency. And the speakerphone hides a neuralyzer for those times the Angels find out about the aliens they're tracking down.

Posted: Thu Dec 20, 2018 1:21 pmEven as the trailer was loading, I was prepared to hate on it...well...I didn't hate it, and that is something. I wasn't aware Liam Neeson was in this, only the two leads, that definitely makes the film *better*. 
. Still a lot of time and potential to ruin the film, but the fact that this appears to be a continuation of the already established continuity, and not a reboot is also a plus.
