I don't know who these people are, but they are part of phase 3.

Chances are they are not quite human, to say the least.

The Inhumans are pretty cool. Usually seen (from my childhood comic book memories) hanging out with the Fantastic Four, so I don't know if they are part of that sub-set of characters; likely not since Marvel doesn't have FF rights. Black Bolt is their leader; his voice can shatter mountains, etc. Medusa is his wife (?) and obviously as her name implies, she has snake/tentical-like hair. There's a dude with a big hammer, I think. Coolest member is Lockjaw; an alien "pet" of the Inhumans who looks like a giant bulldog with a small tuning fork thing on his forehead which allows him (and anyone either touching him or very close to him) to teleport... anywhere. He definitely has "Groot" level popularity written all over him. This looks like a great time to be a comic nerd!

Warner Bros. has scheduled its big-screen version of the hit 1980s NBC series CHiPs for August 11, 2017.

Probably for the best for the MCU.

I had an idea that The Inhumans movie would somehow become the finale of Agents of Shield. (Kind of like X-Files and several other shows, having a movie in theaters after several years on TV) Guess it still could be...but it would be on TV instead of the cinema. I just don't like the whole situation that has developed in the past few years where because FOX continues to use X-Men, Marvel Comics has basically given X-Men comics the screw job and *replaced* them with The Inhumans, seemingly at the will of Marvel Studios. The Inhumans have always been around, and yes they can serve to make some interesting story telling, but not need to effectively kill off one the most popular selling titles of the past 30+ years (X-Men) just because of the way things are playing out in the MCU. (We don't like you FOX playing with OUR toys so you know what? -Magneto is no longer Scarlet Witch & Quicksilver's Father, in fact you know what? They aren't even mutants any more NYEAHH NYEAHHH...)Heck even the mediocre animated series are effected. Sure they still *can* use Mutants, (and the F4 for that matter) but other than a few paltry references and appearances, these characters are for the most part ignored. It seems strange to me that The Superhero Squad (a comedic take on the Marvel Universe for kids) got more things right than the current Marvel toons on Disney, and SHS was barred from using Spider-Man and all associated characters on the TV show despite being featured on all other merchandise related to the show.
I Imagine if after a 5 year absence they brought back SHS for a 3rd season, Wolverine would disappear and be replaced by Spider-Man, The X-Men and F4 would disappear as secondary characters and be replaced by The Inhumans and GotG. Doom (one of the central and best/most hilarious villains of the show) would suddenly be gone, and I guess we would never see a redeemed Silver Surfer rejoin the team...Thinking about it now, it was probably best the show ended after 2 seasons.

It was the role Vin Diesel had long been rumored for, back when Marvel Studios was considering an Inhumans movie.

I've heard it sucks so bad that I'm actively avoiding watching it so as not to bum me out. At least Black Panther looks good, so we can't say all the Kirby characters are being trashed.
How will we get a Kamala Khan movie with Lockjaw when he's stuck in TV purgatory with the rest of the Inhumans?

I didn't think it actively sucked. It didn't look great, but it wasn't terrible either. It could just as easily be a poorly made trailer as a lame show, so it's tough to judge. The cgi dog looked pretty awful.
But, I know absolutely NOTHING about the Inhumans. I'd never even heard of them except what I've seen on this message board. So maybe if you actually know what Inhumans are, there's more to say about the trailer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This...thing was shot on IMAX cameras. That's crazy. This has to be the cheapest-looking thing ever to be filmed on IMAX. Wow. It looked horrible.

Looks like something from the 90s, production values-wise. What was the point of shooting this on Imax cameras when most of the sets have blank, featureless walls?
The dialogue and acting is underwhelming, to say the least, but it could just be a poor trailer.

What if we just don't air Inhumans and show old Columbo episodes instead? You hearing me ABC? Millennials love Peter Falk. Make it happen.

I don't really like how Marvel Studios tried to shove the Inhumans to the forefront since they could not use the X-Men. That being said however, I don't think they were done justice. A movie would have been much better than the failed TV series. Still, I haven't seen it yet. I hear it's awful, but they haven't even bothered to release it on Netflix or DVD, I want to see it -just to see if it is as horrible as everyone says it is.
I mean the Inhumans have had some pretty cool stories over the years, especially a 3 part episode in the 1994 F4 animated series, and the whole 2nd season of f4 basically had the Inhumans struggle to break the Negative barrier as a subplot.
