Monster Zero x SciFi Japan - Archive Only

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes!

I've been directing an Ultra Q-inspired web series for the past eight months, and we've just released the first trailer, before episode 1 comes out in around a month's time!

I've always wanted to see a giant monster destroy my home city of Melbourne The kaiju in this first episode is based loosely off of Mogu from the unused "Return of King Ghidorah" concept. Besides Ultra Q and Godzilla, there are some references to a few other Toho films (and a big one to Prophecies of Nostradamus ). After that, we ended up throwing in all of the sci-fi, fight action and horror that we've loved all of our lives... it's a big melting pot of influences We're hoping that, by planting this seed, big things may grow!

The first episode isn't far away, so stay tuned!

Impressive work. Despite being a zero-budget production, it looks more professional than some movies that get a theatrical release in Japan these days. Looking forward to seeing the first episode.

Pretty good! I like the storyline, for a low budget indie the effects were good, and the acting was pretty reasonable. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this.

I finally got around to watching this in full tonight (which makes me part of the problem, I know) but I quite liked it! It's rough around the edges and has lots of room for improvement but I'm looking forward to seeing the next episode!
