Anybody know if Legendary is taking this over to Universal with them?

It was reported that they were going to produce this with WB, but I keep seeing that Godzilla and Seventh Son will be the last films they do together... so who knows now?

Looks like Tom Hiddleston is replacing Cumberbatch

I'm much more excited for this movie now that Benedict Cumberbatch isn't in it. That guy is the hammiest, most over-actiest guy that for some reason I can't even begin to understand, everybody loves. His Khan was awful.

Crimson Peak has just been rated R for "bloody violence, some sexual content, and brief strong language." So, presumably, this means the theatrical cut is finished, eight months ahead of its October release.

The first trailer for Guillermo del Toro's upcoming horror flick starring Tom Hiddleston & Jessica Chastain has leaked online, along with a theatrical poster. It's expected to be officially released on Tuesday so you may want to hold off, but if not, the creepiness awaits!

I have to admit, it's not that great of a trailer. I'm still interested because of the people making it.

I mean this in the best possible way: this looks like a big budget, modern day version of a Vincent Price/Roger Corman horror film from the '60s. Like a combo of Tomb of Ligeia and Masque of the Red Death stuffed with ghosts. In other words: full of awesome stuff.

Secondly: PJ Harvey covering a Nick Cave song? The same song already used in the first Hellboy?

The trailer didn't do much for me, but I'm still 100% on board simply because of who we have making this.
