I loved the Mighty Morphin series (that's what the first 1-2 or 3 seasons?) as a kid. I lost interest when they got rid of Lord Zedd and replaced him with those lame clock people or whatever. But I've revisited those first few seasons on Netflix and get a kick out of them. As a kid, its just awesome because you get a lot of fighting and monsters. As an adult, they're awful in the best way possible. Its Saved By The Bell with giant monsters and robots and its amazingly fun in a kitschy way. And I love that its still going. Its no mystery why kids eat this sh*t up.

And now that I'm older, I love spotting random awful nonsensical things. For example, one episode had a scene where they were in class and in the background, the chalk board said "Why we need exclamation marks." These "kids" are in high school and just now learning what exclamation marks are for.

i find it rather sad that Lord Zedd did not get that many fights for the seasons
he was in.

I used to love the show and the toys up until I saw the Turbo movie in theaters. THEY'RE JUST CARS NOW? (The Zords). I lost most of my interest at that point. I watched it here and there probably till they did the Time traveling cops show? Because my brother was still into it.

I watched like a bunch of Samurai. It is pretty bad, and I watched some of RPM via youtube and was honestly surprised at how decent that show was. (which made Samurai all the more disappointing).

The old episodes really are awful in the best possible way which is nice because while they don't hold up I can still enjoy them.

I loved Power Rangers. I watched it every day/time until Lost Galaxy. In Space was the perfect ending that I did not feel the need to see every episode then. And the Disney era was awful outside of DinoThunder. However, now that I own a lot of the Sentai versions, or have seen the Sentai versions, I wished I had watched those series to see the differences. In fact, Shout Factory has acquired the license to release everything on DVD through RPM, so I am going to pick up their DVDs. They are releasing a 40 disc set that contains MMPR through LG, but I will probably pass on it due to the price and packaging as I am expecting it to be expensive and not be shelf friendly. The first volume to season 1 is available to preorder off Amazon though for $13, and it contains the first 30 episodes.

My kid has really been into Ninja Steel on Netflix, but it's only the first 8 episodes. I'm happy to have a show with relevance to my interests. Hope more episodes come to streaming soon.

I like the first 3 seasons of Power Rangers. The 2017 movie would have been successful if they kept that the original 5 teenagers were friends before they became Power Rangers.

Like many, I really enjoyed the original power rangers as a kid. It wasn't up until the movie came out that I started losing interest and just stopped watching altogether. I haven't seen the new movie but have no real interest in it at all.

What I really hope Hasbro would do is come out with really cool toys of the original with the dinozords. Toys that are not only great to play with for kids but also great for collectors as well. Great toys that are successful brings demand for movies and TV. I would love to see a Power Rangers animated series instead of live action TV shows or movies. I always felt something like the Power Rangers belong in animation. Doesn't matter if it's cgi or hand drawn animation, if done right both kids and adults will eat it up! I know I would. :-)

Hasbro straight-up acquires Power Rangers!

I like this. The neo-Saban shows have been pretty weak imo. The only thing they did that I liked was the feature film from last year (which, sadly, Saban seems to have no interest in continuing).

So maybe they'll be apart of the Hasbro Cinematic Universe with GI Joe and Transormers.
