No, season 3 is still in production and apparently the full season order will still be filled and they'll be no info on next season for a while, but the fact that it's disappearing for a few months is a show of lack of faith and generally considered a bad sign in regards to a pickup for next season (though not always. Parks and Rec came back after a hiatus)

It's such a bizarre move on their part: this seems to be for all intents and purposes a "give 'em 13 episodes to wrap it up and show 'em the door" order - then they pull this mass firing and say they want to make the show more mainstream in order to save it. It's doesn't make any sense.

I mean, I understand that Dan Harmon and the studio folks were always butting heads - but they would have only butt heads with him for a half of a season more and been rid of him! Now they've pissed off the devoted fans who've kept the show alive and are being written of as a joke by all the industry sites ("If you're a prospective showrunner, don't pitch to NBC!").
