Haha. She is using Topcon Ranger data collector as a sonar. It's used in land surveying to record measurements. I used to use them all the time as a surveyor........... when I had a job.......

I thought it was an OK follow up to "Mega Shark versus Giant Octopus" and it was fun. It wasn't nearly as great as that film but it had it's moments and this time around they embraced the cheese factor even more so. There were several insanely funny moments...although I was dissapointed with the ending and it sort of fell apart after the first hour. Still, there were lots more monster moments in this one and it was fast paced and just plain silly enough to be entertaining and keep me enthralled till then end. You probably had to be a fan of "M.S.vs.G.O." and these types of films, perhaps even of the Asylum, to truely appreciate it and you definitely had to be lactose tolerant to just take it for what it was; a silly monster romp heavy on the queso. I look forward to their next "mega" epic. The dvd hits the 27th. and will be unrated ...boobs & gore abound!

The Blu-Ray for this is only $5 at Best Buy. Its not in the Blu-Ray section though, its in the $5 bin with all the budget DVDs. Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus was there too, but I didn't get it because I didn't really find that movie to be that fun at all.

And so I have made my first Asylum purchase... and I'm happy with it. This movie is all kinds of retarded bad movie fun.
