Grumble grumble grumble... Warner Brothers and their stupid choke hold on DC Comics based movies...
WB could have [should have] made a Plastic Man movie by now. But I suppose with WB execs thinking that every superhero movie has to be like TDK it'll be a long time before we see a good Plastic Man movie.
WB could have even done an Elongated Man movie [made like the Silver Age stories that drew from Nick & Nora Charles from the Thin Man movies]. I think it'd work out well; I'd even settle for a well done DTV animated movie featuring Ralph & Sue Dibney.
