One of the new shows coming out next season is suppose to be an hour long cooking competition between 2 chefs with a mystery ingredient.

J/K! But knowing how these types of "Company Changes" go I wouldn't be surprised.

Feh. With the programming they've had for the past few years they might as well call it "hodgepodge" or "grab bag". Maybe "mystery meat".

So basically that article should have read "We're turning into Syfy the random crap channel".

The point of cable TV is specialized networks. It bugs the crap out of me to see live action movies on the Cartoon Network, quasi-reality "guys with hard jobs out in the wilderness" shows on the History Channel, and wrestling on the Sci-Fi channel. Honestly, "Syfy"? Jeeze...

I guess I'm going to have to go elsewhere for my "giant animals attacking vacationers" fix from now on.

We should all put money together and make our own scifi/horror/fantasy channel. Where every Saturday night there is a mini-marathon with a horror host like Joe-bob Briggs or any other horror hosts we group up with. Bring back Dark Shadows. There aren't enough vampire based Soap Opera's. Ban all wrestling/reality based TV. Have an amateur movie Monday. A day to let the new and coming movie makers show their talent to the world.
