Absolutely spectacular.

Though it would be a sure-fire winner for the best animated oscar I'd rather they put this baby up for best picture where it belongs.

You guys mean it's not the eeeville left wing propaganda movie are making it out to be?

I'm going tonight, so look out for brainwashed environment friendly but fascist Shonokin tomorrow. I don't even know how that works, but oh well.

For one, I think this is one of Pixar's best films! (Right up there with my personal favorite, The Incredibles!) WALL-E himself reminds me of Number 5/Johnny 5 from the Short Circuit films and thought he was cute, as was EVE.

For two, something for those concerned with a "message" to think about . . .

I pretty much thought the so-called "message" was more of a plot device for a robot love story. The last thing Andrew Stanton wanted to make was a "message" movie!

I'm just sayin'!

Exactly, the "ruined earth" thing was just the same old cliche that's used again and again in scifi, and noone ever really got too upset about it before, but in this day and age people have to look for the liberal boogeyman in every piece of entertainment.
