I thought the Pumpkinhead suit/CGI was excellent.
The story mixes in the Pumpkinhead mythology with the Hatfields-McCoys story (yes, THE Hatfields-McCoys, off by a few decades). A silly-sounding premise that came off fairly well, IMO.
Nothing that great, still not as good as the first one, but much better than the second and about equal or somewhat inferior to the third (effects were better but the characters were less interesting).
