Ashton Kutcher's performance in this movie shows that he really doesn't deserve to be unfairly typecasted as belonging in the comedy genre, as he seems uncannily at home with his role in this film.

Yes, The Butterfly Effect is a very intriguing and entertaining movie.

Meh it was alright. Had some unique and interesting plot points but overall was kinda forgettable. At least it wasn't a remake.

it was unique and interesting but also kinda depressing...

SUPER depressing if you see the director's cut...

I won't give it away but ever see 'It's a Wonderful Life'?? Well, the ending of the director's cut gives pretty much the EXACT OPPOSITE lesson and meaning...

Apparently there's a cheapie, pointless, straight-to-DVD sequel coming out on October 10th.

I'll skip it.
