according to comingsoon.net there is a movie based on the marvel comics to be released next year. Anyone know any more info? This is my favorite comic of all time. I,m pretty excited about this news.

i'll be interested... but after the disaster that was MAN THING i'm not looking forward to this. hope they go with the classic Wolfman look, instead of the Howling look.

No guarantee the film is coming out next year. This film was originally announced even before MAN-THING was. They've been working on the script and trying to secure financing ever since. I believe that's all they were doing at AFM yet again this year. Maybe they finally got some backers, but I doubt it. And besides, they keep describing the script they've been pushing as being a "romantic" werewolf pic.

Glad to be of some help. In all seriousness though, I think they should use the Old-Skool Werewolf by Night design. It pissed me off when they changed his look into something akin to Wiley Coyote. I would be more excited about this project if they still knew how to make movies in Hollywood, which they don't. Oh well, I gotta give it a chance.
