Anyone pick up the soundtrack today? I picked up the so-called 'special edition' at Best Buy for $22.99, and if anyone knows that it's cheaper somewhere else, don't tell me or else I'm gonna bonk my head against the wall a few hundred times. Concerning the album, it's a good listen, a huge improvement over the subtle BEGINS score. I'm not the best at reviewing music, so I'll leave the judgments for yourselves, but I am personally rather happy with this soundtrack. One thing I gotta mention is the opening track, "Why So Serious", which starts off sounding like one of those tornado warning buzzer thingies, and then morphs into a crazy, brilliant score.

Though, in retrospect, I recommend picking up the rudimentary edition for $14.99 or whatnot (if on sale); the three double-sided cards and alternate packaging didn't, in my opinion, warrant the extra ten dollars (tax included).
