I've been cynical, but I must admit that's a pretty great trailer!

That was terrible. Batman is now branding people with his Batarang? Lex has hair!! It seems to be all action and no plot. People are bowing down to Superman and he is accepting it. He has an army and is floating over the city like he is its ruler. The green screen is absolutely atrocious looking. Those scenes where Superman was flying over the battlefield makes the CGI in Terminator Genisys look good. God, this movie is just Batgod and Superjerk. Hell, if DC came out and said this was the Justice Lords or CSA, I would be okay with it. It looks more like Owlman vs Ultraman anyway. Nothing in here screams Superman or Batman because neither of them are doing anything heroic. And what the hell is Wonder Woman doing here? She just shows up at the end of the trailer for no reason.

The only positive I can say is that at least it has to be better than Jonah Hex.

I have mixed reactions about this trailer. I'll see the movie because I like Batman and all but that trailer was just meh. Hopefully what they've shown us of Eisenberg's Luthor is the extent of his acting in the film because he didn't seem right for the part.

I don't like Ben Affleck. So I probably won't see this.

Plus I don't care if they were in the comics or not I don't care to see Superman fight a human that we all know he could blow a snot rocket on and kill him instantly. Never cared for that crossover.

You know another thing I hated in this trailer? Martha Kent. WTF?! "Go save the world, or don't who cares, you don't owe them anything." THAT IS NOT MARTHA!!! That would be like Uncle Ben telling Peter, "With great power comes the decision to do whatever the hell you want because no one can be better than you."

i found Man of Steel to be a completely joyless mess, and the only thing in this trailer that suggest that this will be any different is the injection of snarkiness from Eisenburg, which was absent from the first film...although we probably wont get any more Avatar birds, so maybe it'll be a wash.

Also Cavils chest hair is still sticking out of the top of the suit. A minor issue, but it bugged in the first movie.

I think if his face was more like his comic book counterpart, more rock/spikes into a beard and old man long hair, it'd be a bit more distinctive.

And I know some people are mad that they are "wasting" Doomsday on a non-Death of Superman story. But honestly other than "killing" Superman, Doomsday isn't that interesting of a villain. It's better than wasting a good villain like Brainiac or Darksied.

But I'm nor sure if it's reusing a model or just that many of the same character/monster designers or design decisions were used in making it.

The newest trailer is old news, but seeing it on the big screen ahead of Star Wars made me realize just how terrible I think it looks. It's not that it's uninteresting, it's more that the SPFX have such awful grimdark coloring to them that it looks jarring. I should feel a sense of awe when I see Doomsday appear for the first time...instead it's more apathetic than anything else.

Well Batman clearly is a murderer. They showed him killing people in the trailer which is the biggest reason I dislike this Batman already. DC is trying to be grim dark just for the sake of it.

I don't think they are wasting Doomsday by putting him in there, they are just prolonging the running time even further on an unnecessary fight.
