Remember that time an actor in a movie said, "The trailer looks so good. The movie's not that good. In fact, the movie sucks. It's way, way worse than the trailer." ?

Neither do I.

I'm excited, but as of yet I'm not building it up in my mind. I expect this to be a good old fashioned mad-science enabled giant monster flick filled with dinosaurs. If it deliveries in that I'll be happy.

If we're talking new species of genetically-engineered dinosaurs, I'm really hoping for some Resident Evil-esque corrupt-science-madness with multi-headed dinosaurs and dinosaurs that split apart into multiple dinosaurs, but I'll be happy with merely bigger, faster dinosaurs.

Either way, this looks fun. I'm on the fence right now.

I think they've scrapped the split mouthed D-rex. There was that lego leak not too long ago and the D-rex in the set looks like a giant albino T-rex with spikes and raptor feet. Then again they could pull 180 on us have have the D-rex go through different stages.

It has more raptor in it than I thought.I thought for sure the T-Rex would be the dominat gene but looks like the Raptor is.

Ugh, looks a little too JP3 for me, but I'll wait until we get in-hand pics or I see them in person.

So, is the story here going to be that the park has been open for so long, people are getting bored with dinosaurs and so they have to create genetic mutant freaks? That's kind of awesome/hilarious to think about.
