Honestly, as much as I like RDJ, they can change actors there at some point without upsetting me. And since I didn't like the film Thor, and the character Thor received a touch less story-time in Avengers than Cap or Iron Man, they could change out Chris Hemsworth today and I wouldn't really care.

The only things I feel like I want to be stubborn about are Cap, because Chris Evans NAILED it in The Avengers and I wouldn't mind seeing him get a chance in a movie that isn't as flawed as Captain America, and Mark Ruffalo simply because four different actors to portray Hulk in four different films would be ridiculous.

Characters like Black Widow, Hawkeye, Nick Fury, etc could be changed out without upsetting anybody, I'd think.
