Let's not forget the "other" fantasy-inspired movie treatments coming soon: Soul Calibur and "The Gauntlet".
"Soul Calibur" stands a chance if it's really gonna be a Golden Harvest/Dreamworks' venture. I dunno who the director or screenwriter is, but I heard it's the same folks behind "Hero" and the studio behind "300". Should be interesting to see how the world's fantasy settings are mixed here....It'd also be interesting if the "extra" characters make appearances, especially a certain elf...
Gauntlet sounds....
normal, something Michael Bay would sink his teeth into. Whatever - based on how the Gauntlet franchise has gone, I wouldn't put it past them(
New Line Cinema).
As for the Zelda movie - I bet Orlando Bloom's cast as Adult Link....

wouldn't that be a b!tch?
Now, ON TOPIC: If that descripion is true, then yeah.....this one's gonna RULE.
I'm pretty sure it's gonna get increasingly interesting as the months go on, as I've heard that there's gonna be an even bigger, louder trailer attached to a certain sci-fi movie this November.....but still no monster footage.
Hopefully the
"The Collosus" won't disappoint.
I'm more inclined to believe that we'd see another Cloverfield trailer with "The Invasion", than with Stardust.
