The Azog thing doesn't make sense because it could have easily just have been Bolg, since he plays a part in the battle of the five armies. Hell, I think it may have been more effective to have made Fimbul or what's his face, who is the Warg pack leader be the final confrontation at the trees. I also think the Goblin King deserved more time to be somewhat threatening, albeit briefly, and maybe his whole revelation of "there's a price on your head" could have been made more interesting if we didn't know Azog/ or Bolg (which would make more sense) was hunting them.
I dunno. I still liked the film a lot, and unfortunately won't be able to see the 48fps. I'm really interested in it.
Oh, and was it just me or did Goblin Town/Goblins in general reek of Del Toro's influence?
