That's Heath Ledger as The Joker in the upcoming The Dark Knight. As that photo clearly shows, the suit kinda sucks.

^.... well, that's basically the view you get in every Spider-Man comic.

I'm liking that they're going for real stuntwork, real acrobatics. There was entirely too much CGI Spidey in the Raimi films and I feel that some of the shots in these set photos show better traditional Spider-Man poses with real people.

I'm ok with the suit and the title...

I find it hard to be really upset about a suit design for an almost 50 yr old superhero (I for one don't like Nolan or Burton's Bat suits), if you dont like it...just wait and eventually a design you like will see it's way on to film or at the very least the comics themselves
