Cranston is ok. oh and for those who wonder if his being Gordon could have worked, he actually has been Gordon before 8-) (google it). But he works for Lex too.

Also I've seen on so many threads, not just this one, where people get down on others just because they have never heard of someone in Hollywood, or seen any of their work. Not everyone has the same tastes. Akira Takarada is a great actor, but I dont expect anyone where I work to have heard of him, or look down on them because they haven't. To insult someone just because they've never heard of actors/actresses that in our mind everybody should know, isn't cool, just my opinion.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

Mouth did you see they'll be filming in Michigan? I'm going to try to be an extra in it. It's in Detroit so it should be easy for you to make it too.

I did! Its perfect. Detroit already looks like both Gotham AND the ruins of Metropolis. They won't even need a designer!

Anyway, Timothy Dalton up for Alfred, which would be great.

I hope so. Seperate world, seperate theme. If he just reuses he Nolan Trilogy stuff it'll make him look lazy.

Makes sense, but I wouldn't cry if the Dark Knight motif snuck back in. It wouldn't be the first time a superhero theme was reused for another take on a character. (Elfman's theme, Batman: TAS, Williams' theme, Superman Returns[if you want to count that], Smallville...etc...)

So... If the news of Ben Affleck wasn't bad enough, no we know Josh Brolin was a serious contender !!! ---In the Article Brolin expresses his empathy to Affleck, but man...Broline would have been an AWESOME choice, this just makes it worse IMHO.

If Ben Affleck transformed into Batman like that onscreen, I think the internet would break.

I'm not convinced this is specifically "nerd culture". In any circle there are people who want to watch the successful fail. People turning on Nolan, or slamming Affleck are really no different than people who slammed Tebow for his talents and are enjoying his failures. I think specifically targeting "nerd culture" for this kind of thing is a little too condemning and even ironic. I see plenty of, uh, "normies" say the same types of things on occasion and there's a much larger cesspool of people that leak online than Comicbook Guy clones.
