Yeah, but only one column was destroyed in Begins, so rest of would've still been there... And while there may not be a plot driven reason to show it, the fact that it was such a prominent feature of Gotham City is reason enough to include it in the wide shots of the city. It's like having the Empire State building suddenly not there in a skyline shot of New York...
