Depending on how the Necromancer side story and the Battle Of Five Armies go, I may or may not be in favor of a bridge film. I need to see how Jackson handles off-the-pages Tolkien canon before I can have an opinion on whether he's doing the right thing. What little he put into the LOTR movies isn't enough for an opinion.

I guess that really means that no matter what Jackson does, it's going to be polarizing among fans.
