Well, I guess it's actually going to be live-action unlike their CGI "live action" Lion King.

Lady and the Tramp is a simple enough of a movie that I have no real negative feelings against its remaking, aside from it being the umpteenth remake from Disney. But then again how many Freaky Fridays have they made? 4?

You know, if they put all the remakes of classics on their streaming service, I don't think I'd care if they just remade every single movie they made before. It's when it's a big theatrical release that makes it seem redundant. This movie doesn't look like a cheap DTV entry to me and could have been put out theatrically but I'm glad it's not. If movies like this and that Emma Stone as Cruella Deville movie are relegated to the streaming site, it allows room for more original ideas to be put into the theater and leaves room for competition to grow instead of having Disney release a new movie every week. Yeah, I know that's an overly optimistic thought, but I like to hope for the best.

No Siamese Cats, no watch.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

Well, they could make them, you know, less racist. They don't have to be Siamese, just any kind of cat will do. As cats do have the propensity to be jerks.

My family inherited a Siamese cat. Unfortunately he developed a tumor on his nose and had to be put down recently. .He was one of the friendliest cats I've been around. Still I always found that scene in the original film hilarious.

And yes I was kidding. I have yet to see any live action Disney remake. Even a faithful shot for shot reenactment wouldn't get me to watch. Not sure what Disney is trying to prove. You can't erase history. Siamese cats have always been here, and always will be.
