i'm gathering that its a series of short films making up an overall story, which would be experimental. Kind of like a World War Z (book) approach to the Lizardman invasion

^One of the greatest. I remember watching it on it's crazy brief Sci-Fi channel run (it ended up on adult swim a year or two later) and I had that feeling that no one else on planet Earth was watching it that just made it feel all the more special.

Whenever I encounter anyone, anyone who's got that combo of pretension, self-seriousness, and full-of-themselves I immediately think of Garth Marenghi.
