Constantine, NBC Friday nights

I did not even know they were making this and I am already pumped. Screw Agents of Shield, screw Gotham. This is the comic book based TV show I want and the trailer looks awesome!

While I haven't read the comics, I have slight knowledge of the character and this looks awesome. I don't even have audio at the moment but it visually looks fantastic for a TV show. I just hope that it doesn't get cancled quickly or get watered down for appearing too scary or whatever.

First it looks awesome and second it's apparently going to be directed by the guy that did Dog Soldiers and I love that movie!

The only thing wrong is there is not a cigarette in Constantine's hands at every scene. In fact, I don't even see him smoking once in this trailer.

Apparently the network had an issue with the smoking... you can have murder, demons, impaling, bleeding from the eyes... but not a cigarette

i remember that got some traction in the news world a bit back, but i don't think anything came of it (there was a study that suggested smoking should receive an R-rating)

For the most part, the episode was great because it felt like Constantine. However, they really need to fix the editing as it was poorly done. Can not wait for next week though. I wonder who will appear next.
