South Korean director Kim Ji-woon (I Saw the Devil; The Good, the Bad, the Weird) second English language film will be based on Ed Brubaker's comic "Coward" (which is part of the 'Criminal' series)

I think this will work much better for the director than 'The Last Stand' because it is a dark gritty noir story, which would be tonally more like "I Saw the Devil"

It's actually my favorite story from the Criminal series, so I think there is a lot of potential for the source material
