way too many good ones to even attempt to do anything but just post every once in a while whenever i think of one that tickles my fancy but for now...

Some villainous quotes only work as well as they do in context of the situation and delivery though...like one of my favorite, most villainously evil Darth Vader lines is "Apology accepted" as the guy drops dead on the floor from being force-choked.
