Empire Strikes Back' director Irvin Kershner dead at 87

I apologize for being the bearer of bad news but we have suffered another loss in Hollywood.

Though Return of the Jedi is my personal favorite of the Star Wars films, I understand why Empire Strikes Back was truly the king of all the Star Wars films.

With that here is the link: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101129/ap_ ... -container

My condolances to his family and friends.
I got no problem with anybody who jumps into a Starfury and rides fire! (Babylon 5)

Despite the shoddy editing, Empire will always be the best Star Wars movie, no matter what George Lucas wants you to think. By far the classiest and best looking film in that series.

RIP :(

Enjoyed Robocop 2 as well. And his SeaQuest episode. I'll also give him points for at least giving Connery one last go around as Bond. ("Official" or not.)
