I just watched it tonight. It was decent. The ending was abrupt, which is why many people didn't like it. It didn't end in a nicely tied up package. But from a film of this nature you almost have to expect those type of endings. A well-rounded ending with all the questions answered would contradict the documentary-style.

The thing about these type of films is that they require the audience to be imaginative and thinking.... but with Hollywood bombarding everyone with fast cuts, loud explosions, big named movie stars looking ridiculously glamourous, CGI effects and monsters, and formulaic plots the modern horror audience has gotten dumbed down. But no, there's no CGI demon, no Angelina Jolie or Tom Cruise, sorry. Which is probably why it's getting bad word-of-mouth from audiences. And what 2 trailers did they show when I saw this? The new Resident Evil and Saw 3-D. I rest my case!

But I didn't think it was bad. Good acting, and the end, though abrupt, was a nice surprise.
