I take back what I said about the 3-disc version cover being lame. It's a 3D cover: Mike Mignola's comic book Hellboy face turns into Ron Perlman's movie Hellboy face, and vice versa.

Here's an amusing bit from an interview with fellow G-Fan/Hellboy 2 director Guillermo del Toro and how Godzilla and his poop influenced the giant Elemental creature:

In less than a month Hellboy 2 has made $40 million on DVD, meaning the film has now made quite a bit over twice the production cost. If you recall, the first movie making 50 mil on DVD overall was a big part of why the sequel was greenlit.

Epic. I have yet to purchase mine (my family knows me well enough that I'll end up receiving this, hulk, iron man, and TDK for Christmas). I really hope this manages to get a third chapter, because so far I think the Hellboy films have been pretty spot on. They blend horror/fantasy/scifi in a unique and aesthetically pleasing manner that keeps me coming back for more.
