Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to see the movie yet - which is a shame as it looks great.

Want to see something cool? I stopped by Gizmodo and stumbled on this - it's part of the promotions in Japan to advertise the movie. The Loch Ness Monster shows up in Tokyo Bay...



A website called seems have been the first to put it up online, there's even a video of the Loch Ness monster in action. According to Gizmodo, the effect is achieved by using a water screen and a series of timed fountains.

When Godzilla's ready to hit theaters again Toho should definitely look into doing something like this as part of the advertising...
