They should have written Evy out of the story; nobody can replace Rachel Weisz. I also kind of wish Stephen Sommers was directing. He's not the greatest director in the world, but he knows how to make an efficient adventure film.

Maybe it's better that he's working on the G.I. Joe movie.

I absolutely loved the first Mummy film, but the second one was a huge disappointment; nothing but a hackneyed cash grab and a mishmash of rehashed elements from its predecessor. I liked The Scorpion King, but it wasn't great either.

I can't say I'm looking forward to this new flick. It feels totally unnecessary, and the lack of Rachel Weisz and Arnold Vosloo eliminates a lot of potential interest for me. I hope I'll be proven wrong, but I'm not counting on it.

 I guess I'm the only one who didn't like the Mummy movies! I felt they weren't dark enough, and relied too heavily on TERRIBLE CGI effects. I actually think a new director will be good for this series, and can't wait to see the new one. My opinions only, so no offense to any fans.

You must show no mercy, nor have any belief whatsoever in how others judge you... for your greatness will silence them all!
